SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Zones and Delivery Times

• France: 2 to 4 business days (Standard) / 1 to 2 business days (Express)
• European Union: 3 to 7 business days (Standard) / 2 to 4 business days (Express)
• United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 4 to 8 business days
• United States, Canada, Japan: 7 to 14 business days
• Rest of the world: 10 to 21 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Delivery Issues In case of lost or damaged packages, please contact us at customer@olaazparis.fr within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
